【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesstressreliefrequirementsforhighstrengthsteelsinordertoreducetheirsusceptibilityordegreeofsusceptibilitytohydrogenembrittlementinsubsequentpretreatment,electroplating,autocatalyticplating,chemicalconversionandphosphatingprocesses.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletosteelsthepropertiesofwhicharenotadverselyaffectedbyheattreatmentat190℃to230℃orhigher(see6.2).TheheattreatmentproceduresestablishedinthisInternationalStandardhavebeenshowntobeeffectiveinreducingthesusceptibilityofsteelhavingtensilestrengthsequaltoorgreaterthan1000MPaandthathavebeenmachined,ground,cold-formedorcold-straightenedsubsequenttoheattreatment.Thisheat-treatmentprocedureisusedpriortoanyoperationcapableofhydrogenchargingthepartssuchasthecleaningprocedurespriortoelectroplating,autocatalyticplatingandotherchemicalcoatingoperations.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytofasteners.
