【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestosmokecontroldampers,placedonthemarketandintendedtooperateaspartofapressuredifferentialsystemorsmokeandheatcontrolsystem.Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsandgivesreferencetothetestmethodsdefinedforsmokecontroldampersandtheirassociatedcomponents,suchasactuatorswhichareintendedtobeinstalledinsuchsystemsinbuildings.Italsoprovidesfortheevaluationofconformityoftheseproductstotherequirementsofthisstandard.Furthermore,provisiononmarkingandinformationoninstallationandmaintenanceoftheseproductsarealsogiven.ThisEuropeanStandarddistinguishbetweentwocategoriesofsmokecontroldampers,i.e.singlecompartmentsmokecontroldampersandmulti-compartmentfireresistingsmokecontroldampers.SmokecontroldamperscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardcanbeinstalledintosmokecontrolsystemductsorontotheducts′surface.Theycanbeinstalledalsointoawall,floororceiling/roofelementsorontothesurfaceoftheseelements.Toavoidduplication,referenceismadetoavarietyofotherstandards.Tothisend,thisstandardistobereadinconjunctionwithEN13501-4,EN1366-10andEN1366-2,fordetailsofthefurnacetesting.Thisstandarddoesnotconsiderindetailthedetrimentaland/orcorrosiveeffectsthatmaybecausedbyprocesschemicalspresentintheatmosphere,whicharedrawnthroughthesystemintentionallyorinadvertently.
