【摘要】:Thisreportisintendedasaguidetoassistinthedevelopmentofaspecificationforanalysersandtheirassociatedsupportsystemsforenquirypurposesandthesubsequentassessmentofthebidspresentedbytheprospectivevendors.Thisreportisnotintendedasadesignspecificationinitsownrightanddesignguidancehasbeendeliberatelyomitted.Itshouldbereadinconjunctionwithotherstandardscallingupexamplesofdesigndetail,e.g.NAMUR,EEMUA,ISA.ThetechnicalreportIEC/TR61831,alsobeingpublished,willsupplementdesignguidance.Tosimplifythespecificationandbidprocessitisdesirabletohavearecommendedprocedureforboththeenquirydocumentationandtheresponsefromtheanalyservendor.Thisdocumentisintendedtoprovidesuchaframework.Thespecificationdocumentshouldcontainabriefdescriptionofthenumberofanalysisstreamsandanalysersrequired,thetype,numberandlocationofanalyserhouses(ifrequired),tagnumbersforanalysersandanyproposedhouses,dimensionalconstraints,documentationrequirementsandthemajorobligationsexpectedofthevendor,e.g.designwork,manufacture,procurement,testing,transportationtosite,commissioningandtraining.
