【摘要】:Thispracticedescribestheproceduresfortherehabilitationofsewerlinesandconduitsbytheinstallationofafield-fabricatedPVCliner.Afterinstallationoftheliner,cementitiousgroutisinjectedintotheannularspacebetweenthelinerandtheexistingsewerorconduit.Therehabilitationofthehoststructurebythisinstallationpracticeresultsinarigidcompositestructure(PVC/grout/existingpipe).Thisrehabilitationprocessmaybeusedinavarietyofgravityapplications,suchassanitarysewers,stormsewersandprocesspipingofman-entrysizes(36to144in.inverticaldimension).TheprofilestripsusedforfieldfabricationofPVClinersaresuppliedincoilsforspiralwindingofthelinerorincustom-cutflatpanelsforcircumferentialliningofalloranyportionofthecircumferenceofthehostconduit(seeFigs.1and2).Thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Particularattentionisdrawntothosesafetyregulationsandrequirementsinvolvingenteringintoandworkinginconfinedspaces.
